Received fund from head office which I use for site operations and send report back to head office on monthly basis, preparation of monthly pay roll, preparation and payments of company tax on monthly basis, preparation of forecast and budget on monthly basis for management planning and actions, reconciliation of bank statements, receipts and payments, handling various banking transactions, preparation of suppliers and contractors statement of accounts, preparation of account payables and receivables, assist store during stock taking and send report to head office, assist both internal and external auditors during auditing, sales of company aggregate to external customers and send report to head office, keeping company book of accounts, reconciliation of cash books with the cashier on daily basis for control purposes, make sure there is proper internal control.
