• Develop policies and HR model & processes in line with the Company’s Corporate HR Policies
• HR Compensation & Benefits policy and processes including those related to positions and

• Helped kick off the manpower supply services of the company. Source for resumes that would fit clients’ requisitions.
• Responsible for the daily running of the office
• Handled the partnership scheme of the organization and maintained over 2, 000 partners over the period of five (5) months.
• Sent out monthly activity reports and gifts to partners
• Also managed the daily expense sheet for the company.
