• In charge of IT Infrastructure of American Hospital & KOC University Hospital(Managing Datacenter, Network and Unified Communications team.)

• Follow the new technologies, keep himself/herself updated on the latest developments and proactively create recommendations for business development opportunities.
• Make sure that all IT system requirements are included in OPEX/CAPEX budgets with IT director
• Perform user account management and authorization on IT systems (Active Directory, ERP, etc...).
• Provide high level technical support for solving the problems on available systems (co-operating with system support team and system hosting company).
PROJECTS: Datacenter Cloud Hybrid solutions(Azur and On premise Disaster Recovery), Extending Office 365 Exchange online in Campus, Azur OMS project, MFA integration Project, MPLS network backup and failover (ISP)
• Follows the different project cycles (SAP FI/SD, Oracle Peoplesoft, Inhouse development, CRM & ERP Applications) and implement after project maintenance process.
• Document a general system design based on the client's validated business requirements.
• Participate in execution of IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs.
• Establish Scrum & Agile Methodology within the projects
• Participates in creating the project charter or statement of work, the schedule, the milestones, the scope, and the asset/resource requirements.
• Collaborate, provide feedback, and partner with back office vendors and business partners for back office application releases and deployment.
• Ensure that the Project Team completes the project objectives within scope, schedule, cost, to client’s satisfaction.
• Participates in a risk assessment/risk mitigation plan for the project.
• Drives issue resolution through issue and risk tracking and facilitating issue closure. Escalates issues appropriately.
• Adheres to the quality assurance process that will ensure the overall quality and continual improvement of the project deliverables.
• Provide guidance, direction, management of resources, including prioritizing work and developing team members.
• Follows the rules of engagement for the project, e.g., the standards used, the executive sponsorship/governance group and structure, team guidelines, issue escalation, etc.
• Assist with managing the budget, including reforecasting the budget and report to management team.
• Measure project performance against predefined metrics and baselines and take action to control the project to the baselines.
• Communicate/Report to stakeholders project status on a regular basis

• On request of entity management and group headquarters perform the analysis regarding IT department, used technology solutions, used service providers, and other areas connected to IT .
