• Make sure that all IT system requirements are included in OPEX/CAPEX budgets with IT director
• Perform user account management and authorization on IT systems (Active Directory, ERP, etc...).
• Provide high level technical support for solving the problems on available systems (co-operating with system support team and system hosting company).

• Measure project performance against predefined metrics and baselines and take action to control the project to the baselines.
