Closely involved in every stage of the operation process of petroleum products movement & working for Reliance Industries Ltd for its tank farm and terminal Operations under the contractual payroll of RN Infratech (P) Ltd. The Accountabilities:
• Preparing and issuing Short Range Operating Plan (SROP) Report consisting of products like Motor Spirit & high-speed diesel supply/demand justifying all variances between supply/demand and product transfer for these refined products
• Managing the coordination of Bihar state for all supply/demand of MS and HS Detail outlets and products transfer through tank lorry
• Fulfilling various duties and responsibilities as oil accounting engineer for Dobhi depot.
• Recommissioned of 2 X 499 KL A/G and 2 X 70 KL U/G tank with associated Piping
• MS, HSD and light gas condensate storage in diferent assigned tankages
• External Floating roof, Internal floating roof and fixed roof tanks handling.
• Daily Oil accounting reporting in MIS reports
• Oil transfer though tank truck lorry to diferent locations.

Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up activities of the Natural Detergent Alcohol Plant of Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company of Al-Jubail Industrial City, Im deputed as CSU Team Inside Operator-Process Engineering and along all the team members of CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) are working on PRP (Plant Readiness Plan), a SHELL initiative, for smooth start up eliminating the delay in the project.
The Accountabilities:
• Pre-Commissioning Activities like, Chemical Cleaning, Air Blowing, Water Flushing in the pipelines and piping along with process equipment.
• Punch List preparation while walkover with the EPC team with all the respective disciplines.
• Commissioning of NDA plant after Successful Mechanical Completion and handover to operations team.
• Monitoring of parameters of Fractionation Columns and Vacuum Distillation Units.
• Also, the parameters for all reactors, splitting column, evaporators etc.
The Accountabilities:
• Monitoring the receipts and dispatches of materials (Bulk and Non-Bulk) which are under our domain.
• Local Procurement of Materials and negotiating with the local vendor in process of making the Work Order for Services at Terminal/Depot End
• Controlling and monitoring the Tank Lorry movement, and ensuring uninterrupted supplies to the Retail Outlets and other Industrial Customers so that the products are delivered Just-in-time without detaining the Tank lorry
• Avoiding the stock building at our warehousing site (Terminal) as well as the Retail outlet by efecting planning of Lorry movement and utilization.
• Operating, monitoring and controlling the whole Supply and Distribution Business through SAP.
• Maintaining the Inventory of Terminal in SAP and making the product plan schedules to avoid dry out situations.
• Involving in internal procurements and familiar in procurement cycle of SAP Materials Management.
• Creating Purchasing Requisitions for the terminal and for attached mini depots, making goods receipts in SAP.
• Issuing goods to all internal departments systematically adhering to SOPs.
• Making Stock transfer postings systematically in SAP from plant to plant, storage locations to storage locations.
• Making service entries for all service providers pertaining to the plant.
• Creation of truck master records in SAP, making of hire reports of the trucks.
• Preparation of invoices for issues to the outside customers thru SAP.
• Preparing daily sales report and making reconciliation report on daily basis.
