Strategic development, mall management and leasing consultant for mall developments in Istanbul and Baku
(total 60, 000+ m2 GLA).

Led re-leasing and operations of a 100, 000 m2, 180 retail units regional mall. Operated landlord-owned Snowpark
Family Entertainment Center and cinema anchor assets. Managed a team of 300+ employees.

Executive oversight of leasing, design, FM and mall operations across 6 malls (223, 000 m2 GLA, 650 shops)

Development and asset management of 10 shopping centers across Turkey, Georgia and Ukraine.
Founded and managed a joint-venture company (CURE - Commercial Urban Real Estate) of ACTEEUM Group
with EMCM - Euro Mall Centre Management from Prague, Czechia, for third-party management business.

Managed 1, 200+ retail units and 340, 000 sqm GLA across 7 malls in Türkiye and 1 mall in Greece. At that time,
ECE Türkiye was a joint-venture of ECE from Germany and General Growth Properties from USA.
Directed all advertising, events, decorations for entire portfolio, with a marketing budget of 6M EUR yearly. for first ever modern mall (The Mall Athens, 60, 000 sqm GLA, 200 retail
units).
