Working as Director - Business Development for Sanat Sankul Townships Pvt Limited. I am responsible for business strategy, business model, sales / marketing, advertisement campaign etc. I am also responsible for Profit and Loss accounting and management of company finances.

Was responsible for sales volume analysis and making suitable business strategy to enhance market share. I was also responsible for making new business model after studying the international practice. I was involved in the business strategy for distribution model through gas station.

I have also handled the allied retail business through gas stations located across the country. I have devised model to enhance the effectiveness of the system by implementing various IT applications.

I was responsible for sales and marketing of Petroleum product (Petrol / Diesel / Lubricating oil) through gas stations. Had carried out the customer segmentation studies and developed loyalty solution program to enhance the market share.

Played a key role in finalizing the agreements with the various business partnet to enhance retail business from retail outlets.

Apart from the regular business function, I was responsible for implementing new concept to enhance the business effectiveness.
