• Regularly keeping the upper management abreast of status of assigned projects, focusing on the overall project schedule, budget/resolution of project issues.
• Conducting research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable with regards to industry trends/emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes/system alterations.
• Supervising overall activities of multi-disciplined team, assigning work scheduled/conducting periodic performance reviews to maintain a motivated team.
• Assigning tasks, delegating authority, and motivating team members to work together on the project. Providing updates/adjustments to project plan as necessary to ensure project continues to meet key deliverables.
• Analyzing business requirements, identifying technical solutions, scheduling changes, approving implementation of changes to produce functional specifications for the project.
• Monitoring, tracking, reporting project status/ progress and report to Senior Management. Recommending processes to improve quality and efficiency of projects.

Joined the company as Technical consultant and worked up the hierarchy to the position of senior consultant .

• ARMADA -A Premier Oracle D2k driven Fleet Management, Rental, Leasing Solution from 3i Info-tech. Launched website which provides a facility of Online Birth and Death Registration Management.

Highlights:
• Managed the entire product support function of overall Fleet Management application for 20 customers across GCC, Africa, CIS and European countries and ascertained achievement of set SLAs.
• Received Spot Award for excellent performance.
