Basic Functions:
• Responsible for building and developing Saudi suppliers.
• Responsible for Saudi & Korean suppliers profiling.
• Managing Saudi supplier’s business agreements.
• liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
• Controlling information and documentation flow within the department.
• Tracking spare parts through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
• Ensuring stores have enough stock and Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
• motivate other members of the team.
• Use specialist knowledge, such as mechanical-handling systems, to provide consultancy services - this may be a requirement in some roles.
• Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures.
Basic Functions:
• Responsible for basic serving, maintenance and identify any additional job required.
• Responsible for scheduling service for the company fleet; buses and truck’s.
• Maintain a good communications within the workshop, and assist the Technicians in cost & time estimation and diagnosis.
• Coordinate with other departments and arrange for delivery of equipment to locations.
• Ordering spare parts using various enterprise software systems.
• Prepare all daily reports required related to repairs orders.
My studies concentrated in the maintenance, design and operation of ground-based vehicles, such as automobiles, buses and trucks and their respective engineering subsystems.
