Paavo Riekkinen

As a senior consultant neurologist, I independently diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological disorders in both outpatient and hospital settings. My work includes comprehensive patient interviews and neurological examinations, planning appropriate diagnostic investigations, and interpreting the clinical significance of MRI and CT imaging findings as well as laboratory and neurophysiological test results.

I do not personally perform ENMG examinations or provide formal EEG waveform interpretations.

In addition, I design individualized treatment and follow-up plans for my patients and regularly discuss diagnoses, prognosis, and management with patients and their families. I am accustomed to close collaboration and effective communication with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals in daily clinical practice.
