Willis Global Markets International Division (London) for subscription of large Oil & Gas, Power

not have this business developed in Argentina and had to be built from scratch.

* Supported technical and commercial areas in insurance placement / renewal strategy.

Loss Control consultant for the Insurance Market. Some clients:
Participated in all stages of the RFP Insurance Program development, achieving a USD
5 million cost reduction in insurance costs. It was the first time in the history of the
company that an RFP was done; this meant gathering all the information for the
program, assessing the participant brokers and the analysis of the proposals until the
final decision.
* Helped to build and manage the insurance program of Maxus (USA) and other
subsidiary companies of YPF in LATAM and Africa.
* Actively participated in building an off-shore captive company (Greenfield) for
managing YPF auto-insurance.
