Demonstrated ability to prepare all types of reports, daily attendance through RFID (Biometric), manpower & absent report, manpower skills report etc.
Generating and providing selected management reports from the available payroll database.
Assisting site operations with CM, PM, VP, for manpower requirements, internal transfers etc.
Coordinate with Operations team and Manpower Supply Agencies to get the manpower Requirement for the site to Hire & Camp; Off-Hire the workers.
Assisting the admin manager in planning and executing the events and other activities in organization.
Managing timely and accurate processing of payroll as per the deadlines set by the management.
Recording the contract hours / overtime for the workers and getting an approval from OM & HR Team.
Updating sick leaves, absenteeism, manpower site allocations and payroll.
Maintain record for the internal transfer of workers from project to project.
Ability to handle of worker grievances such as Payroll issues, OT issues, Leave & Exit Process etc.
Ensuring Facilities such as workers rest areas, drinking water, toilet, ablution etc. are well maintained.
Transport & Food arrangements for the operatives & staff.
Supporting and tracking the time attendance for the subcontractor and supply manpower
Coordinating with the HR and Accounts dept. regarding any issues related to the payroll.
Preparing leave applications, resignation letters and other requirement of workers
Ability to handle of worker grievances such as Payroll issues, OT issues, Leave & Exit Process etc.

Controlling the entry / exit of manpower through RFID and prevent any malpractice.
Distributing the manpower among the site engineers as per the instruction received from project manager.

Preparing and maintaining proper files regarding manpower transfer, training etc.
Assisting the Site Engineer in preparation of evaluation sheets of manpower and maintaining skills report, charge hands evaluations for training purpose.
Preparing and follow-ups with HR and PRO for gate passes, Medical insurance, RFID cards, Emirates ID, Bank Cards for manpower.
Preparing and maintaining the files.
Provide support for preparing site injury report and medical cases with HSE teams.
Supporting and tracking the time attendance for the subcontractor and supply manpower.
