Estilo projects Pvt Ltd is a real estate company based in Kerala state, India, established by a group of technocrats with more than a quarter century experience in succesful completion of large scale projects in India and abroad.Estilo is focused on residential and commercial projects and is in an exponential growth path to bigger projects and more geographic locations.
I work as the executive director and take responsibility for setting and achieving set targets in sales, marketing and business development. I am also actively participating in identifying new opportunities, locations and projects and also in purchase, customer care and all techno commercial activities of the company being one of the two full time directors of the company
I worked as the Business development Manager in a 360 degree Advertising agrncy based in Media City, Dubai with the responsibility of achieving targetted sales turn over and acquiring new business
MBA in Marketing Management with Finance Management as second specialisation from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, The world's largest and highly recognised open university
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum, the oldest and highest ranked institute in the state.
