* Working as sr. Electrician for- Facilities and Maintenance at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (On contract With Global Power Corporation), Electronic City, Bangalore-100.March 2005 to 2012
• Worked with: Satyam Computers as .sr.Electrician from March 2005 to 2012
• Working with Qatar foundation as sr.technician from janvary 2012 to till date.
NATURE OF JOBS:-
• Co-coordinating Facility Engineer for routing checkups and follow up PM and BM services.
• Attending the all types of HSE Trainings.
• Co-coordinating with the Facility team for the success for the HSE ISO & OHSAS audit (from 14001 & 18001) for the annual year of 2008 & 2010.
• Co-coordinating with Facility for taking and handing over project of 1, 60, 000 square Feet.
JOB RESPONSIBLE:-
• Handling Facilities issues and ensuring smooth operations for all Electro mechanical activities and Maintenance services. Scope includes:-Entire operation and Maintenance activities for HT/LT installation, UPS, DG, Power Distribution system, Air condition system, Fire protection, Fire Alarm & PA system & General Electrical Maintenances and Lightings, Motors, Pumps, Motor starters, Elevators & its control circuits, BM system operating through PC control, Access Control system, CCTV and manage all civil maintenance within the facility.
• Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of all type of Electrical equipments & Machineries.
• Operating and Maintenance of HT metering cubicles, HT VCB Panels, OCR and EFR relay Panels, Transformer (3000, 2000, 1600, & 1500 KVA, Resin cast)
• Operating and Maintenance of OLTC, RTTC, LT main change over panel distribution points'
• Operating and Maintenance of DG sets (1000, 725, 380 and 1635 KVA)
• Operating and Maintenance of Centralized Chiller Plant (320, 380, 160 and 240TR), along with Package, Split, Multi Split, AHU, FCU, CSU, Cassette and VRV Units.
• Operating and Maintenance of UPS (60, 120, 200, 250, 400, 10, 3, 15KVA) and MEGA Switches.
• Operating and Maintenance of Fire Hydrant System and Fire Extinguishers. And PA/FA Systems.
• Operating and Maintenance of about Access control and CCTV with panels.
• Operating the BMS Control through PC control
• Attending all types of HSE Trainings.
• General Lighting wiring and industrial wiring along with Diagrams.
• Operating and Maintenance of STP, Softener and RO Plant.
• Prepared and maintained of checklists and PM checklists weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Operation and Maintenance of HT Metering cubical, VCB, ACB Breakers.
• Operating smoke detector graphics drawing through PC Control. And taking data of the detector.
