Reported into COO/RHR: Conceptualized the HR and Administration at VFS - FMC Etimad and Vega Group of Companies for UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Tunisia, Pakistan, Nigeria.
 HR Departmental Leadership: Supervised and Trained 4 Direct HR reports for remote entities to oversee approx. 500 workforce. Hands-on with Employee Handbook, HR policies for different labor laws based on ethical framework. Ensured accurate job descriptions, job designs, HR Audit compliances, effective internal and external communication and feedback mechanism. Regular audit of Job descriptions to ensure it is updated with the current work profile of job requirements.
Communication, Diversity & Inclusion, Championing Culture: Clear communication at all levels of Organization. Ensuring Diversity and Inclusion best practices in all HR strategies and spheres of Organization, implementation of policies against sexual harassment and classification.
Recruitment and workforce budgets: HR Recruitment budget and workforce planning for FTE, FTC for peak and off-peak seasons. Slashed 100% recruitment costs by operating inhouse, and involving need analysis. Quality of hires metrics maintained impressible; attrition rate remained insignificant. Creative onboarding process implementation. Clear communication with line managers on candidate hiring process and orientation,
Performance Management: Structuring Performance Appraisals, coaching Managers into developing the right culture and performances through the right leadership models. Focus on feedforward than feedback.
Talent Management: Initiated from the hiring phase to onboarding to training to performance management, recognition, until exits in a continuous plan to improve the competencies and abilities to align with Org requirements. Initiated regional-level wellness workshops laying emphasis on employee visibility and other employee engagement programs regularly.
T&D: Training and development conducted for building on skills/competencies and behavioral competences; completed over 2000 group man-hours annually for higher ROI.
 People Analytics: Metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, engagement, and for solving business issues.
Conflict resolution: Incident management during a Group entity winding up scenario in Nigeria, played a vital role with employee persuasion and making the transition happen smoothly. Supervisor-Employee issue resolution in Egypt dealt with emotional intelligence. Manager issues straightened out in Tunisia and UAE through active listening and subsequent process changes.
Merger, Acquisition, Due Diligence: Focal SPOC during the Company restructuring in 2015, 2018- Contributing to the data room, identifying synergies or deviations - towards a seamless merger and Post-acquisition Integration Process into HRMS and Change initiatives. Represents the Company for MOL, or other Ministerial matters.
Rewards and Recognition: Detailed exercise with Finance and Senior Management, diligently handling promotions, bonuses, increments, keeping focus on equity. Facilitated global mobility via assignments, secondments, talent mobility through Internal Job Postings(IJP). Maintenance of a pay plan and ensures equity.
HR Operations and Administration: Payrolls with social security law understanding, WPS, Master databases, HR services, HR vendor management, Staff and Office Insurances, feedback mechanism with exit interviews.
Contracts Management: In compliance with GDPR, MSA contract drafting with FMC partners aligned with Foreign Government SLAs for whole of ME with EH&S inclusion to reinforce a responsible environmental attitude.
