Budget
1. Lead category P&L and CAPEX. Ensure category teams are aligned on pricing, innovations, volume growth, costing, innovation, manufacturing costs
Labour and overheads control:
2. Review Labour & Overheads with the respective function head, update the S&OP with the agreed YTG targets, and ensure we do not overspend.
3. actual spend vs. S&OP and plan, identify overspend and communicate to the respective function head.
Copilot the Milk business team:
4. IPM (provides financials for business cases)
5. Activity proposal (ensure financial feasibility and post evaluation)
6. Scenario (conduct all the financial feasibility of category scenarios and ensure business sense)
7. S&OP (ensure Dairy category inputs are correct and ensure each category delivers its target.
8. Conduct a monthly full review of the Milk category with the respective business team, identify challenges and agree actions to deliver the target.
The purpose of this role is to partner with the country managers and sales teams within the cluster to drive net sales growth and improve net pricing by collaborating on Joint business plans and customer thought leadership initiatives as well as driving project compass
Monthly Forecast of Sales and operation plan ( P&L Projection); co-ordination with all cross-functions to reach an accurate forecast for the month and 12 months in advance

Optimize trade spending and customer mix - analyse trade spending plans with Sales team to reduce net pricing
.Annual Budget preparation through analysis of current year, working with cross-functional teams to reach budget.
-Preparation of annual re-estimation of Budget to report how the year would close factoring in gaps/opps.
-Participating in the implementation of sales and operation process to prepare a monthly forecast.
-Monthly reporting of Actuals; analysis of actuals vs. forecast and budget
· Accurately forecast and deliver on growth objectives - support the sales team in the monthly forecast
.Assisting in projecting future financial needs, taking into considerations the various projects undertaken by the organizations and also help the higher officials in management of financial resources.

- Assist in development of annual Budget, monthly Rolling forecast and 5 year Strat Plan in coordination with Marketing, BPA Head, CCFO and Strategic Planning Head.
Provide accurate forecast and performance analysis on monthly basis.
Prepare and analyze account reconciliations in a timely manner. Assure availability of timely and well-presented, high-quality actual P&L, and sales detail results vs. current and prior year benchmarks as well as trended information.
Provide financial tracking and support to Product Managers;Comprehensive analysis of spending in order to maintain the availability with the minimum deviations
Comprehensive analysis of other P&L lines and reporting reasons for deviations to management
Proactively highlight performance issues or over/under spending and coordinate with respective product manager or department for corrective actions and ensure proper implementation
Generating daily and ad-hoc reports / analysis as required by BPA Head / management
Assist in driving continuous learning within the Country by performing post-implementation financial analyses on past initiatives and sharing results across the organization
Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Provide necessary support to marketing, sales and other departments in planning, forecasting and performance management including monthly accruals
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
Drive planning, analysis, coordination and consolidation of corporate budget/forecast
Access SAP general ledger system and financial reporting systems to pull actual financials for use in trending and forecasting analyses.
Extensive analysis of an organization's business goals and what factors will contribute to or impede the ability to obtain those goals. This includes identifying the organization's strengths and weaknesses, finding areas for improvement or considering consequences of not implementing new strategies. Other areas of analysis includes comparison of competitors' current and future strategies, review of current and future financial needs, and forecasting future economic and consumer trends.
•Prepare the yearly strategic plan for the enterprise, aligning with all the functions.
•Preparing the timeline for each initiative in the plan
•Prepare a monthly execution report following up the plan execution with all stakeholders.
•Generate monthly revenue report measuring the monthly revenue in comparison to targets, growth rate, as well as generating graphs to illustrate.
•Analyze the revenue for different sales department and reasons behind any under achievement and ways of improvement
•Monthly analysis for the order flow of new customers as long as analyzing the order cycle and its alignment to the stated KPIs
•Monthly KPIs measurement for each supportive function ( HR, Finance, Customer Operations, Sales, etc…)
•Prepare Sales Targets based on the revenue, market research and historical trends.
•Segmentation for Enterprise customers according to pre-defined criteria.
