• Review of project specification and preparation of Shop Drawings & material submittals related to HVAC system, Plumbing & Firefighting.
• Preparation of Engineering Data(Heat Load Estimation (HAP), ESP Calculation, Duct Design & Sizing, CHW Pipe Design & sizing, Pump Head Calculation.
• Preparation of Project Programs, manpower Histogram.
• Preparation of shop drawing schedule, material submittal schedule & procurement schedule.
• Material Take-off, Sourcing & procurement of material, equipment's etc.
• Distribution of works to sub contractors & supervisors.
• Supervision, inspection & quality control for the mechanical works (plumping, HVAC & fire fighting) in site.
• Ensure all first fix and second fix are executed as per approved latest shop drawings and specs
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the contract requirements.
• Maintaining work progress reports on a daily basis or Weekly basis and coordinating the same with the consultant/client.
• Ensure all systems are prepared and ready for testing and commissioning for all mechanical systems such as ventilation and smoke extract system and properly functioning and interfaced with the electrical systems such as BMS and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Preparation the as built & the O & M Manual for the systems.
• Handing over the projects to the clients and facility management team with the required training for all systems.
• Following the projects during the defective liability period (DLP), and make sure that the preventive, operational maintenance are done properly to avoid any corrective maintenance it will cost the client and effect the systems.

• Tender Management
• Evaluation of vendor’s technical & commercial proposal’s and making cost comparative
statements.
• Review the design and shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, methods statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
• Review/Preparation of Engineering Data(Heat Load Estimation (HAP), ESP Calculation, Duct Design & Sizing, CHW Pipe Design & sizing, Pump Head Calculation.
• Ensure that all civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP contractor to proceed with MEP activities
• Ensure that no conflict may happen between electrical and mechanical team
• Distribution of works to Sub-contractors & supervisors.
• Supervision, inspection & quality control for the HVAC works in site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the contract requirements.
