□ Worked as a client (KNPC secondment) one of the largest EPC in GCC region
□ Project CFP -MAB1 seeing over Wood Group (PMC) and EPC Petrofac, Samsuug and CB&I JV.
□ Handling preparatory jobs for EPC
□ Involved in FEED review, HAZID, HAZOP and Model review
□ EPC, CMEI and CMEI sub-contractors approval
□ Managing overall activities pertaining to installation and commissioning of a wide range of new equipments, piping and units.
□ Schedule follow-up, Progress verification and PMS approval
□ Achieving of milestones such as Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, PSSR, PTOP, PTOF and Commissioning.
□ Arranging and handover of documents to end user (O&M Team)
□ Handling smooth turnover from project to O&M Team
□ Installation and Commissioning of Turbines, Pumps (Single & Multi stage centrifugal and reciprocating pumps), Compressors (Centrifugal and Reciprocating), Fans (ID, FD and Fin Fans).
□ Installation and Commissioning of static equipments (1550 MT) such as Reactor, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Heaters and Fin Fan coolers
□ Erection of pipe rack, piping, and pipe fittings
□ Arranging and ensuring of spares and special tools availability in coordination with warehouse
