Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, specifications, standards and regulations.

Ensure that all QA/QC documents are filed in an organized manner.
Conduct periodic quality assurance / quality control inspections on the contractors and subcontractors on site
and check compliance to the clients and the organization quality policies, procedures, and standards.
Identify quality non-conformance issues, summarize findings in periodic quality audit reports and recommend
corrective action plans.
Communicate QA/QC procedures and documentation to the contractors on site and ensure all relevant
individuals are aware of the procedures that affect their work.
Review the contractors QA/QC Plan and agree on any revisions with the contractor prior to commencement of
the works.
Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager.
Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

• Perform general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.
• Raising RFI for the activity in progress & making inspection by client.
• Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Make new proposals and/or modify existing drawings when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as client requirements.
• Write construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed.
• Interface with suppliers as required.
• Coordinate work with engineering and construction units at project site.
• Review, approve, and issue detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
• Provide technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the project.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• Overview the as built drawing vendor and equipment warranties.
• Developing computer models of buildings or structures using specialized software programs
• Make sure that all site activities are properly monitored and all relevant quality record are established and maintained.
• Regular visits to project site to ensure quality of work comprise with contract requirement good construction practice only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report any deviation, to construction manager.
• Make sure that all site inspection is carried out as per the intervention point marked in the approved inspection and test report.
• Involvement in contactor transmittals addressing construction methodology. Method statement, project quality plan.
• Monitoring on site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Supervise the Field Density Test (FDT) for material like Sand, Sub Base, and Base Coarse.
• Supervise the Slump & Temperature test for Concrete Work.

• Creating drawings, sketches, and models to communicate design ideas to clients and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with other engineers and architects to develop designs that meet building codes and standards
• Reviewing blueprints, designs, and plans created by architects or other engineers and making recommendations for changes
• Conducting research regarding materials and techniques used in construction of buildings or other structures
• Conducting inspections during the construction process to ensure that construction meets building codes and standards
• Developing computer models of buildings or structures using specialized software programs
