•Manage capacity of main liners calling Middle East & Indian Subcontinent ports to ensure optimal utilization.
• Optimize feeder network and manage capacity of feeders serving HUB ports in Middle East to Gulf and Indian subcontinent region to ensure optimal utilization.
•Manage partners allocation and ensure smooth operation of partners cargo.

Successfully launched direct service from Latin America to Russia to move reefer cargo.
Part of successful Storage project resulting yearly cost savings of 0.5 million usd.
Make schedules and arrange berthing windows in Norwegian ports
Coordinate with Vessel Stowage Coordinator to ensure proper stowage and optimal utilization of space in vessels.
Coordinate with agencies of Norwegian ports to ensure smooth stevedoring and vessel operation
Coordinate with multi modal transport operators to ensure smooth logistics movement of cargoes in Central European and Scandinavian region

Received prestigious blue ribbon award for outstanding performance in operation in 2008
Standardised process and enhanced effective communication flow to improve relation with
Sales, customer service and other stake holders in Norway.
Led a team of 20 members in Liner operation Department for Europe and North East Asia cluster.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all operational process as per SOP.
Map process for migration and implementation of new process for operation of different regions.
Handle daily staff issues and ensure proper and effective staff resource management
Impart training to new staffs and refresher course to existing staffs.
Key Achievements:
Successfully migrated and implemented liner operation process of NORDIC and North East Asia.
Selected for Maersk and P&O Integration Project .Sent on deputation for 1 year to former P&O office in Pune, India to set up new migration of operation process of North East Asia and for 3 months to Maersk Benelux, Rotterdam.
Worked as project coordinator with IBM and successfully implemented Centralized Operation Workflow Tool in whole liner operation department
Planning of consolidation of multiple cargoes for key clients Walmart Stores of US, Oxford Industries and W.T Shipping of U.K
Monitor logistics movement of cargoes from Mumbai to inland locations in India
Coordinate with Mumbai Port Customs for prompt clearance of export and import cargoes
