The Key Deliverables
➢ Recruitment for Hospitality Sector.
➢ Responsible for the recruitment activities in Upstream business for Leading Hotels across India.
➢ Handling end-to-end recruitment's across middle and senior levels using techniques like Client acquisitions, Headhunting & Mapping, Networking & Referencing, Job sites.
➢ Screening of candidate profiles, conducting the preliminary round of interviews, Understanding the initial due-diligence in terms of their career aspirations, relocation constraints, current and expected CTC etc. so as to put forward the best candidates to the client.
➢ Coordinating the entire recruitment process with the client in an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction and best turn-around time.
➢ Focusing on acquisition of new clients and serving the existing accounts with a client centric retention strategy
➢ Mapping the requirements of corporate clients and providing them the best solution to meet their recruitment / branding needs effectively
➢ Handling mandates for mid to senior level.
➢ Maintaining various reports like monthly recruitment report, hiring sources report
