* Supervise sites and ensure proper timely completion of the projects within
budget and in compliance with specifications & drawings.
* Negotiate and execute subcontracts and coordinate with MEP traders &
subcontractors
* Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans).
* Prepare and update project plan, BOQ, schedule, scope of work, drawings,
technical documents and as-built drawings.
* Negotiate offers with client and assist progress meetings.
* Monitor daily work execution through daily reports to ensure they are
