• Servicing and provide support to existing customers as well as establishing new customers base.
• Understand customer’s need and requirement and recommend suitable advertising space and marketing channels.
• Follow up sales leads.
• Oversee purchasing function to ensure:
efficient levels of stocks being maintained
no overstocking
no stock outs
• Oversee accurate receipting of all goods into stock, including verification of delivery notes and updating of live stock system.
• Timely notification of any pending stock shortages to key departments.
• Oversee accurate issuing of items from stock to production
• Ensuring quality objectives are met.
• Responsible for monthly full stock take and investigation of variances.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date
• Producing regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
