Managing one of the accommodation sites of Jumeirah which is located in Al Quoz Oasis Village composed of 34 housekeeping staffs, one administrator, one coordinator, and 4 Team Leaders. To ensure efficient service and that operation is running smoothly in the department in order to achieve high standard of cleanliness and comfort including Health and Safety standards for all Jumeirah colleagues living in our company accommodation.
Managed the administration team of the department, delivered training in Guest Services modules (Signature standards of Jumeirah e.g. Telephone Skills, Teamwork, Communication, Occupational Health and Safety etc.) and facilitated Jumeirah Orientation Programme. I provided wide scope of administrative support to the team and the L&D departments across Jumeirah properties in the region.
