Catering to our clients and visitors is what I focused on, as they tend to give feedback to any higher-ranking position or just fill out the survey. I learned how to be more accommodating; even if you dont know the answers, Ill just ask the experts in the field to enlighten their queries more. I also learned how to be quick in filing requests and made sure to record every tracking of the documents so youd know where to follow up. Later on, there were a lot of problem-solving skills, which I liked. Mostly in the billing process and dealing with the suppliers, as long as we have enough budget.

My experience with dealing with international customers and suppliers has develop my skills in Oral and
written English through negotiation, accommodating customer’s concerns and inquiries, and also keep a
good communication. Also, as a Virtual Assistant, I am working with local and international staffs, in
which I am responsible in training them.
I began working as a Virtual Assistant while I was still on my last semester in College, without any prior
experience. As I started working, I applied my knowledge as an IT student before, I learned how to
manage a CMS website, graphic design for advertisement and also keen in details as to managing
products. In time, my job responsibility shifted to sales on different products. Recently my job role still
involves sales mainly, as my performance did maximize the company’s productivity and profitability,
more than 50%, based on the initial monthly sales that I had to reach.
I am also adept in product research, making weekly reports regarding sales and customer concerns. I
have sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail and also meet deadlines accordingly.
Finally, in all of the job experiences that I have held, I truly approached them as opportunities for gaining
knowledge and career advancement. I would also like to mention that I have no problem working
physically like lifting or setting up units as I do exercise daily to relieve my stress and also maintaining a
healthy body.
