•As Production Manager accountable for structural actions in internal production assessment. Managed factory according to SAP system in terms of efficiency, quality, raw materials over consumption.
•Responsible for croissant, bake rolls and rusk production lines with 150 employees. Successfully managed the full start up of a new croissant line and a rusk line.
•Also responsible for planning the maintenance of the plant, having as a target to minimize the down times because of technical problems, reducing the cost of spare parts.
•Served as Project Manager of group’s Department of International Affairs, responsible for CHIPITA RUSSIA, CHIPITA ROMANIA, CHIPITA BULGARIA and CHIPIGA (J.V. CHIPITA-GAMEZA including start up new production lines, Technical and Production problem solving
•As Production manager of CHIPITA POLAND factory Unit planned and developed a new factory unit according to the Group’s policies and specifications.
•Created solutions for personnel’ productivity and efficiency, Production and Quality Auditing.
•HR, Technical and Raw materials Manager Unit B of Lamia’s plant in charge of recruitment, supplies coordination and auditing.
•Trained personnel and supervised outsourced education of employees.
•Improved knowledge and technical skills on a consistent basis.
•Achieved best possible level of communication and cooperation with team and achieved positive results for the company.
