•Resource Direct Cost/Budget Management of budget approx. $20M+ & with multi contracts TCV £40M-£400M over 2-5 years, across multiple regions, with multidiscipline on/off shore teams, partners, strategic alliances and suppliers.
•Techno Functional leader and have driven various strategic projects including SME banking products that’s driven under HSBC Start-up model program.
