•Associate GIS Engineer in Nest Information Technology -ADWEA PNS with GIS-Track1- The project aimed at conversion of surveyed raw data into GIS for Electric and Water network in the entire area of Abu Dhabi and Al-Alain. The purpose of the project is to convert the low confidence and HNOC feature in electrical and water network that will be surveyed based on the Survey or verification BOQ provided by ADWEA. These BOQ is surveyed and provided in GIS format that is present in the current database of ADWEA. The survey team travels to the fields with the information provided and cross verifies with the actual network to ensure the accuracy and actual location of the network. The surveyed information is provided in the form of shape file. The picture of the asset is also provided to validate the accuracy of surveyed/verified features. These surveyed input (shape files) are converted into GIS database in respective feature classes
•SSDC Sewer Network The scope of work is to create an enterprise level GIS for operating the SSDC sewer network, treatment, and disposal systems. The outcome of the project was a comprehensive data inventory, stored in a database to support interfaces with a GIS and integration with the existing Oracle system with different asset applications. The main tasks included were database schema mapping involving feature class and domains using FME, conversion of network data with reference to georeferenced AutoCAD files, gap analysis of existing GIS data, survey data incorporation with reference to GPS points and providing a seamless sewer network with accurate invert levels and connectivity.QA/QC with automated workflows for direction check based on invert level, accuracy of invert level based on slope of network Environment: ESRI ArcGIS 10.1, AutoCAD
