as per client’s/consultants requirement by understand their
verbal Instructions in all disciplines (CIVIL, MECHANICAL,
ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENTATION, ROADS, LANDSCAPES
& UTILITIES).
* Preparation of shop drawings by fallowing QCS, Project
specifications and site conditions.
* Can solve the technical issues and practical problems on site by
Coordinating directly with consultant engineers and site team.
* Calculations of materials and quantities by studying the project
requirements and Drawings at tendering stage.
* Able to prepare the necessary documents to get the clearance
from concerned authorities.
* Preparation of As-built drawings and handing over documents.

Design and Development of Mechanical Equipment, Aviation components,
Press tools, Moulds, Jigs and Fixtures with Auto CADD, Unigraphics NX &
Master CAM.
* Production & Quality control management.
* 3D Product & Mould Designing of Mechanical, Electronics & Electrical
components.
* Program preparation for all type of CNC Machines like Milling, Lathe,
EDM Machines with various controllers.
* Liaising with Customers & Project team for new Product Design & its Tooling
Development stages.
* Co-ordination with Tool room during Mold/die and product manufacture.
* Team Player & Leader, ready to work with cross-functional teams.
* Selection of Material to suit the Function & deciding the Machining & Heat
Treatment Process to achieve required properties of Tool Parts.
