• Conduct process audit to ensure that all process should run as per Control Plans.

• Making various quality documents like W.I for various processes, flow Charts, why-why analysis reports, Fishbone diagram for in- process problems including pareto chart, to analyze in house rejection.
• Verifying Test Certificates & Inspection Reports from data submitted by Supplier.
• Kaizen, Fool proof tool where chance of operator mistake.
• Control of non conforming products.
• Operator training about Kaizen, critical operation of parts & about customer complaint.
• Incoming inspection report As per Standard.
• To Guide the subordinates about Inspection and to Maintain all Records.
• Responsible to improve the quality by continuous improvement.
• Responsible for ensure in the process inspection during my shift.
• Corrective and Preventive Action customer support service.
• Daily Red Bin Activity maintain in shop floor.
• Compliant knowledge of SAP (Quality Module).
• Analyzing and controlling Rejection & Rework at Shop Floor and Customer End with the help of 7QC Tools.
• Layout Scheduling and Inspection as per Plan.
