Worked as Manager on R2R -Supply Chain Accounting, Factory and management accounting reporting functions for UK based company which is into manufacturing of Confectionery, Bakery products and Snacks. Lead the team in successful transition of process.

 Offshore Handling Costing & MIS team of 6 production sites of UK based client.
 Review of all MIS reports e.g. Daily Report, Weekly Plant Performance, Consignment Stock Liabilities, Period End Reports and Overhead Analysis etc.
 Variance Analysis & review call with respective stakeholder.
 Product Costing on Standard price on regular basis.
 Driving Standardization of activities across all the sites.
 Monthly review call with Site Accountants & Top Management of client.
 Promotes an effective working environment
 Provides continuous feedback in the areas of recognition, corrective action and succession planning
 Consults with HR on matters of recruiting, hiring, corrective action and discharge
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and achieve business goal
 Presents a professional, friendly and caring image to the customer
