 Control documents for clearing the container from port ( AIR, SEA ROAD)
 Do mastering list, purchase order, Local purchase order
 Import LC documentation (Preparing & Filing)
 To manage the daily productivity with three members team.
 Follow ups for import documentation as and when the goods loaded from
seller’s port.
 Monitoring Material Stock
 Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies and audits.
 Negotiate transportation rates with local and international freight forwarder line
 Preparing Monthly Sales and Stock Report
 Ability to understand complex service delivery issues.
 Experience of managing 3rd party logistics providers.
 Ensuring the timely delivery of customer deliveries and orders.
 Able to quickly understand a company’s operational systems and provide input for the
development of future systems.
 Ability to think on feet and make the right decisions under pressure.
 Willing to be responsible and accountable for any success or failure.
