Currently working with Expedia Group, Gurgaon India as a APAC -Sr. IT infrastructure project Manager (Feb2018 - till date). Managing New IT Infrastructure projects across APAC and responsible for Planning, Strategy, Budgeting, Executions, Deliveries and Site operations
Currently working with Expedia Group APAC -Sr. IT infrastructure project Manager. Worked with ASSPL Amazon India, Regional IT Manager and ADCI as IT project Manager. Experience in IT Infra Operations, Large E-commerce company IT operations and management, Network security Management, IT service delivery and Rich Experience in IT Infrastructure Setup and Data center/ DR & Voice- Contact center administrations & Operations, IT procurement & vendor management, DR/BCP management, Capacity planning, IT governance with reputed organizations VSNL (TATA Tele Services), CMC LTD (Subsidiary Of TCS Ltd), Avantha Technology-Thapar Group, CPA Global, Aviva Life and Oriflame Asia.
• Extensive experience in project management, planning, designing & implementations, installation, administration and maintenance of LAN/WAN, analysis of network security and contact center technical administrations and operations, Antivirus & security, Server administration, disaster recovery management, and customer support for computer and software up gradation and Facilities Management. As a Team Leader with expertise in IT planning, executing and spearheading various projects in compliance to the quality standards as per the SLA.
