Present Job Responsibility ( Riyadh Metro Rail Project ) - BACS
Responsible for Managing Health, Safety and Environmental issues on the construction site, coordinating, Project/Site Audits, Meetings, Accident/Incident Investigations, Client Liasion, Manage Health Risk of Employees, Co-ordination of Contractors accountable to Arriyadh Development Authority (ARD)
Promote the "Zero Incident" Philosophy.
Coordinate HS&E Activities With the Employer's.
Conduct Periodic HS&E assessments of the Project HS&E Program.
Conduct HS&E Orientations to acquaint employees with site requirements with Risk Management
Train and Advice personal on HS&E regulations, assessments, and process activities.
Actively participate in the CW JV Zero Injury Team for Safety Improvement.
Provide Information to Employees regarding their emergency response responsibilities
Interpret HS&E requirements as they apply to project operations/ Tasks.
File HS&E performance reports, and other HS&E reports as required by CWJV
Advise Employees of Hazardous Conditions/Concerns or Near Miss Incidents.
Assist In Facilitating and / Or Conducting Incident Investigations.
Lead People Based Safety Process.
Verify and Update all Required HS&E Postings, Warnings and Signs applicable to the Project
Work/Hazard's.
Verify that Utility Clearness Are in Place and Excavation Permits are Utilized when required.
Represent the Project during any governmental agency Inspection
