Projects & Maintenance
•Overall Plant project & maintenance activities which contains Draw Benches 40 Ton, 20 Ton, 10 Ton, 5 Ton, STP, Roller Hearth Furnace 2 Ton/Hour, 1 Ton/Hour, Hydraulic / Push Pointing machine, EOT cranes, ETP, STP, Straightening machines, NDT machines equipments including utilities.
•Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of equipment & machinery.
•Organizing activities for continual improvement & working towards cost reduction activities.
•Planning and implementing technique for Improvements to reduce inventory, drive out waste, improve manufacturing processes through Kaizens, and improve safety and quality.
•Erection and Commissioning of Draw Benches 40 Ton, 20 Ton, 10 Ton, 5 Ton, STP, Roller Hearth Furnace 2 Ton/Hour, 1 Ton/Hour, Hydraulic / Push Pointing machine, EOT cranes, ETP, STP, Straightening machines, NDT machines etc
•Reviewing history records of key machines for repeated breakdowns to analyse and carrying out necessary corrective actions, to keep minimum breakdowns.
•Management Information System to update the On-going and Planned activities.
Project Planning & Management
•Ensuring site operations are carried out smoothly with erection and commissioning.
•Planning of machinery, manpower, materials & money; dealing with Original Equipment Manufacturer /consultants for their requirements
•Coordinating with consultants for drawing delivery and managing site progress and site staff.
•Making road map and PERT from the beginning and its compliance.
Erection & Commissioning
•Supporting erection and commissioning of new machines along with anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time, effective resource utilization to maximize the output
PROJECT ENGINEER
Nuberg Engineering ltd include execution of work at site, taking work from sub contractors, total Instrumentation, Piping, & final commissioning of PSA nitrogen Plants, PSA Oxygen gas plant total billing of project after successful completion of work, job includes coordinate with Director, General Manager & Contractors & Clients on regular basic.
Erection and Commissioning of Gas Generating Plants.
Successfully commissioned # 56 Plants on domestic level,
# 2 Plant on International basis, site located in Chittagong at BANGLADESH.
•Successfully commissioned 400 NM3/hr Plant (N2 PSA UNIT with Cu-Deoxo) in Bangladesh.
