• Proficient in managing complex calendaring for the CTO, CMO, CAO, President, and multiple Sr VPs, perfecting scheduling, and prioritizing appointments for efficient time use, and making decisions on conflict recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements with internal & external clients.

the environment and keeping the leaders updated anticipating their needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
• Skilled in arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, expense reimbursement, immigration support, and transportation, with detailed trip plans.
• Virtually helps US reception and handles incoming and outgoing communications, encompassing emails, phone calls, and written correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Experienced in organizing and supporting executive files, records, and documents, ensuring quick data retrieval and accessibility.
• Capable of preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, while also recording minutes and tracking action items post-meeting.
• Accomplished in fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and colleagues.
• Proficient in handling all guests' hospitality and helping create a welcoming environment & event management support as requested.

• Proficiently oversaw INR 20 million records for Pan India CRE (Corporate Real Estate, (For example - Office Lease payments, Power, Water, DG, Upkeep, New workpl aces design fit-out finish, and various support according to business requirements and prompt payment to each merchant)
• Proficiently kept INR 5.5 million Global travel desk for in-house internal and external customers, (For exampl e -Ticketing, lodging, Immigration, Forex, and so forth) and created and executed a movement strategy to limit travel costs and characterized a technique for successive voyagers.
