• Leading installation & commissioning of various mechanical equipment & plant machines and tracking project progress and taking steps for mitigating any risks

• Managed the projects worth USD 250 million and facilitated improvements in project work to deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Reduced quality issues by implementing controls and ensuring permanent resolution of recurring issues
• Managed the Field Services business in the India region including installations, warranty, planned & unplanned maintenance and contractual services
• Developed schedule for all type of packages related to power plants using Primavera Project Planner
• Created S-curves using P3/ Excel Expedition and Use of Primavera

o Operation & maintenance of Nautilus, favelle-favco and Weather ford make crane
o Trouble-shooting of Hydraulic systems
