Deel is a first- remote company and one of the top 3 start-ups building an HR platform with a full solution for global companies (HR, mobility, and payroll solutions).
• Agile environment using Kaban and Scrum
• Help different teams on test strategy creating documentation such as test cases, diagrams for complex scopes, checklists to guide developers, troubleshooting, and Q&As for testers.
• Help different teams on the test execution phase by executing manual tests for frontend and backend, exploratory
tests, usability tests, and implementing and maintaining automation tests.
• Report improvements and issues, keeping all team members aligned about the critical points involved around it.
• Help teams during the grooming sessions checking testability and detecting gaps in the design and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the interview process for QA Engineers reviewing home tasks and interviewing candidates. In addition, I helped in initiatives to create and improve home tasks and the score points guide for evaluation during that process.
• Currently, I'm learning Playwright and Loadmill since we are migrating the automated tests for those new tools.
