ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Implemented the overall strategic, operational, marketing, sustainability and financial framework for the expansion of the company in Mauritania including the development of a 550 mil $ project comprising a 4Mtpa Iron Ore Pellets plant with adjacent mine.
• Implemented on behalf of the investors a comparative analysis of the various geographical locations prior to the selection of Mauritania,
• Established the initial five years look-ahead operational and financial plan covering exploration and project pre-development and development activities,
• Established the company from ground floor up including the recruitment of the exploration, logistic and support staff
• Developed project implementation strategy and plans for a 4Mtpa Iron Ore Pellets facility
• Oversees and lead the implementation of the project (FEED, FS, PEP), interfacing with marketing advisers, legal advisers, engineering and technology contractors, strategic marketing partners, IT companies, operation contractors, ECA and financial institutions
• Lead the financial forecasting and modeling of the investment both at development and operational phases including the establishment of preliminary financial-operational KPIs
• Lead the development of a sustainable business model in the financial-economic, social & environmental areas (including a directional framework for the maximization of stakeholders engagement)
• Lead a PPM to recapitalize the company in line with the established financial objectives
• Entertaining contacts at higher level of Government organizations

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Achieved Lurgi recognition by major clients in the Gulf market as leading engineering and technology provider contractor in the gas, refining, GTL, PET, steel and petrochemical sectors.
Successfully secured the NODCO refinery contract acquisition (0.9 Bil$) and the finalization of the product off-take collateral for project’s debt servicing with Mitsui & Co. of Japan.
Corporate coordination and development of the ABB companies engaged in the Oil & Gas industry
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Successfully managed and coordinated the integration of the ABB Oil & Gas Division’s companies' activities with key accounts in the Middle East and North Africa. Developed working scheme and procedures for joint acquisition efforts, managed BD activities, assisted operating companies in negotiations, proposal and sales strategies development

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I have successfully driven the consolidation and expansion of Belleli Spa and Belleli Saudi Heavy Industries in the Gulf, Far East and US market. Major “first time” achievement included: acquisition of the first offshore project built entirely in KSA (Saudi Aramco), establishment of the Belleli Offshore Ltd.
Indonesia offshore components fabrication yard and the consolidation of the Belleli-Shell Offshore (New Orleans) Alliance for the joint engineering, fabrication and installation of the Shell’s deep water production Tension Leg Platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
Manufacturing of process components for the oil & gas and petrochemical industries, offshore platforms and construction services.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Last position covered included responsibility for the development of key accounts such as Aramco (later Saudi Aramco), Sabic JVs (Jubail & Yanbu), Kuwait and Iraq markets.
As one of the leading members of a three individuals Business Development/Sales team of the newly established BSHI lead the increase the company sales from ~6 mil SAR in 1984 to ~ 1.27 Bil SAR in 1991.
Successfully managed the transition from project management & construction management to manufacturing management, estimating, proposal, sales and business development management.
