• Develop, Design & Implement training programs to support organization strategies and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Assist managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
• Finding new tools for employee development and follow up on the deployment
• Align current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.
• Measure transfer of learning from training courses to the operation.
• Identify performance gaps, work with managers to implement appropriate training programs to improve performance.
• Establish guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
• Participate in the elaboration of the training budget and manage budget in alignment with Company objectives.
Recruitment
• Coordinate with Dextra Asia’s office related recruitment plans and priorities
• Discuss and consult on operation manpower planning to ensure accuracy manpower and put the right person on work.
• Provide training and conduct audit on site to ensure the compliance with the Recruitment policy.
• Coordinate Retention strategies and Employee Relations Programs focused on improving employees’ engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with virtual team to improve and ensure the development and training of each department
• Work with line manager and operation manager in order to set up the performance indicators as per client expectation
• Coordinate with Training Center all around the world to arrange training for the onshore and offshore employees
• Work with various agencies to provide transportation, accommodation and visa
• Work with the government affairs for the labor clearance
• Arrange the annual medical checkup for both offshore and onshore employees
• Maintain and update the training database
• Maintain and update provider relationship
• Maintain contracts with various agencies in order to get the best manner
• Prepare and maintain of personal profiles, taking care of documentation and keeping records of all assets
• Support the Safety department for the activities and events
• Support the HR department for the Redundancy program
