•Downtown: Mix development project Having 3 commercial building and cluster of 4 residential projects comprises of total 11 tower in Ph-2 having total area 8.5 lakh sqft with approx. cost of 127 Cr.
•Tuscan Estate: Luxurious 3 tower of 22 floor high rise project in Ph-2 made up of Mi van technology having 5 lakh sqft area with approx. cost of 191 Cr.
•Stargaze: Theme based project located on hillside comprises of 6 towers in Ph-1 having total area of 6.5 lakh sqft with approx. cost of 97 Cr.
Summary: Handled approximately 20 lakh sqft RCC built up area having cost of 415 Cr. in project planning and coordination profile.

Thesis Title: Constructability Guidelines to Reduce Time-Cost Overrun in Power Project
Project Summary: Various reasons that lead to time and cost overruns in power sector were identified. We divided the reasons for time and cost overrun into 5 phases of project management. We prepared a set of constructability guidelines that can help to minimize time and cost overrun.
Project Title: water purification model using vetiver grass plant
Project Summary: Analysis of Eco-friendly technique for water purification using Vetiver grass popularly known as Khus. We took different samples of waste water and analyze the Nitrogen, Phosphorus and potassium content after the cycle
