•Restructuring & Integration of HR Policies and processes, restructuring the compensation and benefit structure, grading and titling post MphasiS-BFL and MphasiS- EDS merger. Sourced and hired senior and mid management professionals such as CEO, CFO, Head Sales & Marketing, Head Supply Chain, Head Manufacturing & Operations, Head of Maintenance, Head QA & R&D, Head - IT, Sales Managers, IT Manager & Finance Manager. Key driver in the closer of Oman manufacturing part as part of restructuring to turn around the organization from loss making to profit making which involved termination of local Omani nationals and expatriates. Restructured the sales teams with recruiting new Salesman and layoff off non-performing employees
•Introduced Chairman’s Club and Presidents Club as part of talent growth and succession planning in MphasiS IT and MphasiS BPO division. Also implemented Presidents Club in 3i Infotech for MEARC region
•Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey’s in MphasiS and 3i Infotech and implementation of actions post the findings of the survey to ensure increased employee satisfaction. Increased employee satisfaction from 55% to 71% in 1 year
•Successfully cleared internal and external audits in MphasiS and 3i Infotech. Specific mention of successful clearance of client specific audits on HR processes as most of the clients were from financial industry
•Completion of requirements gathering for implementation of Oracle and SAP HRMS. Enhancement of RAMCO HRMS to meeting the additional organizational requirements due to fast growth and automating certain client required processes by integrating it to third party applications
