Lead and manage quotations, submittal and project management professionals in all phases of custom product

• Work with sales team to create a comprehensive yearly plan for sales, booking and margin goals. Identified
opportunities, researched new product possibilities, collaborated with engineering team and created
campaign generating USD $ 1 M in new annual sales.
• Supervised Knife gate valve sales team of 7+ for both domestic and export market sales. Reviewed all
applications, quotations, submittals and final pricing on all project orders. Developed a KGV stocking
program for USA market including sales brochures, pricing sheet and training of staff on KGV applications
and helped them to sell more effectively
Provided design support and design control for K-Flo Butterfly valve product line and assisted sales with
customer applications, engineering review and submittal
• Supported operations, sales distribution and quality assurance departments to ensure on-time delivery and
increased revenue by $2M in one year
Completed plug valve and actuator designs; protoype built and tested on time
• Verified valve and actuator prototypes, met project goals for flow coefficients, torques and cost
• Redesigned actuator with added features and benefits and reduced cost by 30 percent

• Redesigned 24”-120” AWWA butterfly valves for different pressure classes. Performed structural analysis
on valve bodies and other valve components using Pro-Mechanica
• Modeled and analyzed flow through discs in large butterfly valves for different pressure classes
• Participated in prototype design, testing and design modifications of AWWA butterfly valves
Performed a comparison study to analyze the convergence and efficiency of Cosmos/M and Pro-Mechanica
for 2d models using quadrilateral elements
• Modeled a mold for a fishing rod lure using solid/surface modeling in Pro-E. Generated NC codes for Deckel
(5 axes) machining center to produce a prototype of the mold
Supported in the operation of melt and castings shop
• Improved plant output after studying existing processes and charge mixes for cupola furnaces. Modified
casting processes and reduced scrap rate by 15 percent.
