Inspection of site construction and enunciation meeting with project management and consultants involve.
Ensure that all execution and inspection are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and requirements.
Present 3D view volumetric component plan of projects with mix use in function.
Attend meetings and area calculation briefing according to norms.
Calculate the net area, gross area and built-up area and help to clients for getting registration from Dubai Land Department/ RERA and DSO.
Interact with new clients and brief the process of work.
Prepare furniture layouts, product specification and present final mood board and sample materials to the clients.
Involve in 3 to 5 star hospitality projects.
Drafting of detailed plans, elevations and sections.
Meeting with local and international suppliers.
Work closely with senior designers on all design phases of the project.
Handle all type of specifications for the project including FF&E, materials (hard and soft finishes) and sanitary.
• Meeting new & existing clients and determining their
requirements.
• Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the clients
budget.
• Preparing drawing, sketches, proposals and quotations for
clients.
• Providing drawing support to Chief Architect..
• Co-ordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors and
suppliers.
• Developing 2D/3D CAD product files into a product library for
Design services.
• Producing working drawing packages, mood & sample boards &
also 3d visuals.
• Organizing and maintaining the practice library
