o Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
o Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment.
o Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.
o Research new materials for design and cost savings.
o Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions.
o Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
o Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting
data; preparing reports.
o Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account
information and maintain the documents in file.
o Assist in settling invoice or contract disputes.
o Maintain sub/supplier information on company online management systems.
o Accounting entries of sales, purchase, invoices, cash, bank transactions and inventory etc.
o Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting - Purchase of all kinds of valves, grooved fittings, Galvanized
pipes and fittings, supports & hangers, sprinklers, smoke/heat detectors, fire alarm
control panels, fire hose reels, fire cabinets, fire extinguishers, fire proof cables etc.
o MEP - Purchase of HDPE, UPVC, PVC, PPR, PP pipes & fittings, PVC conduits & accessories,
armored cables, electrical wires, electrical switches & sockets, sanitary wares, LV
Switchgear, lightening protection system etc.
o Structural Steel -Purchase of UB, UC, MS plates, checkered plates, MS pipes, MS rods,
thread rods, gratings, wire mesh, sandwich panels, Z purlin, flashing, sag rods, paints etc.
o Fasteners - Purchase of all kind of roofing nuts, bolts & washers, foundation bolts,
chemical bolts, self-drilling screws, aluminum reverts, welding electro rods etc.
o Assets - Purchase of heavy machinery & tools, furniture, office and IT equipment etc.
o Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the procurement process & control on
material cost, quality, and delivery performance and warehouse.
o Procurement at the best possible rates through effective negotiation to keep the project
within budget.
