Reputable and professional Chinese businessmen lead our team and I work as the engineering and marketing specialist in the company. My job as an engineer is to provide customers with technical data on heavy machinery and equipment while exploring the market to find new customers and create a sustainable and professional working relationship with them.
My activities are generally as follows:
- presenting the company trading fields of activities
- presenting and investigating technical data about heavy machinery and equipment
- contacting customers to find out their needs and negotiate the financial and technical aspects
- contacting sellers to purchase the right equipment with the best efficient price
Activities in the engineering dept.:
Preparation of technical proposal (including 2D/3D schematic design of products and
presentation of insulation arrangement)
Preparation of financial proposal
Setting up analytical reports of thermography performed on industrial equipment
Calculation of material needed for projects (BOM)
Setting up thermography report
Activities of the R&D department:
Preparation of technical proposals and presentation of products to be presented to
various industries
Website content production (technical and visual)
Correspondence with European companies to improve technical knowledge
Setting up technical forms for ordering products by the employer
Investigating and understanding the needs of the market
Doing site visits inside Iran to capture and sense the thermal insulation-oriented problems in Oil and Gas industry
As a clinic receptionist, I had the following responsibilities:
- Arranging visit dates and times
- Answering phone calls and messages
- Welcoming the patients and helping them feel comfortable
- Preparing the patient before injections and other treatments
- Assisting the doctor during the injection (to provide him with medical supplies
- Utilizing the CRM software to do the registrations, visit time, and financial arrangements
My main activity was to do researches about the ECU and ECM of cars with having focus on car spark plugs.
Unfortunately, due to personal and family problems, I could not finish my studies. I only passed my lessons with high grades yet couldn't continue finalizing my thesis. There was also no way in our university to change my studying method from research-oriented to education oriented.
