• Polyurethane Flooring: Localize Filler components- 26 -30 % cost reduction. Developed pigment paste.
• Developed Economical Epoxy Underlayment and primer. It can be applied on moist surface.
• Developed epoxy primer. Main attributes are: Solvent less, less toxic, long pot life, economic.
• Developed economical aluminized curing compound for Road projects. Solvent based and water based.
• Developed Cementitious Grout (WTG).

• Improved lab infrastructure and test method: Chloride content in admixtures from classical analysis to Ion meter and sulphate content in major consumed raw material to improving the quality.
