A niche solution developed around Taxation, for Enterprises, SMEs or CA / CA firms, which automates an entire life cycle of Tax, leveraging unique Tax Management Framework. The solutions is cloud based and is offered as SaaS. It also can be implemented in a private cloud.
I was in Consultant role for Sales and Business Development, directly and thru' channels, along with delivery, best practices etc.
Simeio Solutions is a niche and strategic partner of leading IAM vendors viz. Oracle, CA, Dell, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock etc., offering Professional Services, Managed services and IDaaS.
I was on-boarded to look into various aspects of Delivery, Resourcing, Training and Processes and strategize it further. In a very short stint of 4 months, I could define and initiate the strategies towards skills matrix building, recruitment, training, time sheets and project management automation.

- Headed various consulting practices such as Cloud, Security, Enterprise Management (Network, Systems, Service etc), IDC, Smart Cards & RFIDs
- Directly managed projects in Middle East, South East Asia and India region with an approx. revenue of US$20M
- Indirectly addressed and delivered projects worth US$ 100M in US and EU region
- Led various initiatives, from conceptualization to commissioning, such as RoltaSecure eSecurity Practice, CA (Computer Associates) Practice, COEs, Offshore Data / Design Center, Corporate Security Policy, Organizational certifications (ISO 27001, 2000), External Audits etc
- Built, nurtured and managed, directly as well as indirectly, 300+ consultants and 15 Lead Managers, since inception of Consulting Services. During last 7 years, managed direct team 100+ consultants, including Leads.
- Handled Sales profile to promote and establish Rolta developed IT products and services in the areas of SOA, BI, EPM, ERP as well as Oracle suites of products including ERP, BI, Hyperion, FMW and DB.
- Headed various functional roles such as Global (Internal) IT, Sales, ISP Operations etc.
WiproNet was leading and Nationwide ISP, offering retail as well as business solutions in ISP space.
I was heading West region for ISP operations including IDC operations, support to Customer Services group, Co-location services, etc
I was responsible for Pre & Post Sales support for Co-location Services as well as ISP Operations - to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all operations carried out at the Main PoP, which included

Routine Management - Quality Metrics, MIS reports, 100% availability of all critical systems, Management and Administration of RoltaNet services under MCIS, Rolta Corporate LAN-WAN management, Monitoring and co-ordination of the activities of the shift operations staff.
Technical Evaluation of new products for ISP set-up (Internet Gateways, xDSLs, Nationwide co-location)
I was responsible for Presales and Implementation of LAN-WAN solutions, In-house support for Rolta Network, Evaluation of new products, Competitive Analysis etc. Following Projects were delivered successfully.
- Architected and Implemented the Rolta corporate LAN project comprising of 2000+ systems, Intel L2+L3 Switches, Lucent Structured Cabling, spread across 3 buildings interconnected with Gigabit Ethernet Fiber backbone
- Designed and implemented the LAN project for ISP set-up, comprising of Gigabit cabling, L3 switches, Fiber backbone
- Implemented LAN / WAN projects for MNCs like American School, Total India, Perkin Elmer
was responsible for Direct Sales of Enterprise Infrastructure solutions to Corporates comprising of Servers, Workstations, Networking products etc. This was the 1st time in my career that I opted for Direct Sales profile.
- Successfully grabbed 80 Lacs worth of systems and networking sales orders in a short tenure of 7 months from American School, Total India and Perkin Elmer.
- The above orders were mix of servers, Intel L2/L3 switches, Lucent Structured Cabling, Intel & Cisco Routers.
