 Security Administration Lead:
• Oversee HR systems security and security controls to ensure appropriate access to functionality for users and monitor appropriate data security.
• Oversee systems quality and data accuracy by ensuring HRIS team members regularly audit data; adhere to all SOX controls for proper process and protocols

 Key Stakeholder Engagement/collaboration:
• HR IT: Partner with IT to assist in their support of integrations from HCM system (Workday) to other internal systems
• HR BAT: Partner with HRBAT (respective Product Managers) for
□ security configuration changes, new security group configurations,
□ participate in requirement related discussions for new roles require, support testing the same in different tenants before moving these to Production
□ reporting security changes, new reporting security changes - both at data source/domain and field level,
□ support EIB loads related to configurations that respective Product Managers would need
□ ServiceNow configurations, HR Portal changes and updates etc

 Workday (Data and System Support/Management):
• Point of contact for all HR functions during HRIS implementation and providing ongoing support for HR functions after rollout in capacity of subject matter expert in providing support for HR and employee queries.
• Driving and owning the development and rollout of global processes and system governance, as well as systems integration of all HR functions, HRIS/Workday testing requirements for change requests and upgrades, and training delivery strategy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production systems issues. Manage, troubleshoot and resolve data interfaces with internal/external applications / databases and other applications
• Stay abreast of new enhancements in each Workday release and coordinate with team as to enablement of new functionality

 Operational Reporting/Health Checks & Security:
• Develop and share custom reports, maximizing efficiency by reusing existing reports and training users on modifying reports as needed
• Report on standard audit processes on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting security related - both at data source/domain and field level security issues with collaboration with HRBAT

 Integration Support/EIBs Lead (for GDM):
• Perform functional centralized transactions, such as business process management and EIB/Integration management
• Drive and Support all EIB loads - Compensation, TA, Staffing, Organizational, Personal/ Contact etc - but excluding configuration related

Involved in end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes managing the team, Vendor management & on-boarding induction.
