• Ensuring highly available network infrastructure and proper security & operational controls are put in place.
• Research and recommend innovative and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks, identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Create new employee user profile in active directory and provide them necessary access to file server folders and email groups in accordance with the IT policy of the company.
• Perform regular antivirus updates on all the servers and workstations and resolving any warning and errors related to antivirus and making sure that the environment is free from all the security risks.

• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions using Sophos Endpoint Protection, Sophos Firewall and Nextthink Monitoring solution.
• Provide technical support to end users by preparing new PCs and laptop with necessary software.
• Periodic review of the access rights for all the critical systems and documenting them.
• Maintain an up to date inventory of hardware and software procured by the company.
• Maintain an up to date records of all the PO and their supporting documents in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange the quotes for company’s IT needs.
• Keeping the proper records of all the printer consumable and documenting them in a timely manner.
• Provide an up to date technology platform for all employees.
• Help implementing internal IT policies and procedures as well as corporate data security policies and procedures. Performs ongoing internal reviews of security controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with NoorCM’s IT Policy and its procedures.
• Involvement in the implementation, maintenance, capacity management, disaster preparedness for ever-changing IT security risks.
• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary to the Head of IT.
• Perform a wide range of operating system software and hardware support tasks including install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and perform ongoing maintenance and enhancement of information technology and information systems.
• Installation and configuration of network printers and plotters.
• Keeping track of all IT related devices and reporting it to General Manager.
• Setting up LAN connections and making PCs ready for end users.
• Setting up web meetings as per scheduled requests.
• Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Outlook, Exchange.
• Perform periodic maintenance, update and backup for Dropbox and end user computers.
• Ensuring all pre-& post installation activities and rendering quality services.
• Resolve technical issues pertaining to any hardware or software related problem.
• Setup LAN, maintaining and troubleshooting it.
• Troubleshooting hardware related issues and installation of printers and scanners.
• Formatting PC’s, maintaining applications and running patches.
• Managing Time & Attendance System and configurations of Fingerprint machines.
• Installation of POS machines, Installation of CCTVs and monitoring its functioning.
• Handling Print management services on server 2008 r2.
