Currently working as “DCS Panel operator” in Sulfonation area at “Farabi Petrochemicals” since August 2020 to till date,
As present I am looking after DCS (HONEYWELL EXPERIAN PKS) of Sulfonation unit in which continues processes of LAO (C12 C14-18 linear alpha olefine) and Heavy alkyl benzene to produce AOS (Alpha olefin sulfonate) capacity of 10, 670 MTA & HABSA (Heavy alkyl benzene sulphonic acid) capacity of 1, 500 MTA which is multi-train plant operating for 8, 000 hours per year as the design basis. The Sulfonation plant is based on a two-train parallel configuration supplied with Air-SO3 gas from a common Gas plant and with effluent Gas treatment system that is also partially common.
Each Sulfonation train is equipped with a Chemithon Annular Falling Film reactor designed to produce certain products, and with all the required supporting system such as 1. Sulfur Supply System, 2. Air Supply System, 3. SO3 Gas Convertor (Gas plant) System, 4. SO3 Absorber System, 5. Electrostatic Precipitator, 6. SO2 Absorber. The outline to the control strategy for the systems that generate Sulfur Trioxide that will be split to two reactors that can be run a different rate. Down stream of the rectors will be product neutralization and effluent treatment system.
Diesel, Fuel oil, Molten Sulphur, Sulfuric acid, Caustic, Phosphoric acid, Storage and movement including Tank storage, Tanker loading - unloading, Rail wagons Loading unloading operations,
Maintain healthy equipment operations and maintenance hand over take over activities,
Safe work permit issue,
Regular Sampling of products,
Field equipment data validation,
DCS Coordination including DCS training as well.
New Tanks and Pump House commissioning and erraction activity.
Plant process and operation work,
Tank farm operation work,
Project work of tank farm and SW RO plant,
handling of all kind of hydrocarbons,
Handling and knowledge about HOT TAPPING, STOPPALING, PIGGING, LINE CONVERSATION
SAP permit system,
Field supervision, Plant unit operation handling, Work permit, Process equipment operation, Pump Operation, Valve Operation, Sampling, Raw material handling, Hand over Take over equipment to Service Maintenance department, Shutdown activity, etc..

Had Completed My 03 Years Graduation with Chemistry as Major subject, As in project assignment had generated Soil minerals testing lab, Also did company visits in chemicals production and refinery.
